Hello team,

We are currently implementing a feature to accept payments from Japan, and some of our users are encountering an issue related to 3D Secure ID verification. Japanese credit card payments require 3D Secure authentication, but some customers do not have this security measure enabled, so they are unable to complete their payments.

Is there a solution or recommended workaround for this scenario?

Hello team, could we change the default language in checkout loadTossPayments, currently it's showing English as default, and the user has to change it manually.

Payment-widget got error DUPLICATED_ORDER_ID

I’m using the payment-widget. When the backend receives the confirmation request with the following data:

}
I then call the API v1/payments/confirm for check the results and I receive the status: "WAITING_FOR_DEPOSIT". Then i waited a few seconds. After that, I called v1/payments/confirm again and got the error DUPLICATED_ORDER_ID.
How can I know when the order has been fully paid?

I’m using this documentation to register a seller https://docs.tosspayments.com/guides/v2/payouts#%EB%B3%B4%EC%95%88-%ED%82%A4 .
After I send the request, I receive a JWE response.
When I decrypt it, I get the following:
"error": { "code": "FORBIDDEN_REQUEST", "message": "Not allowed request" }
Please help me with this issue. Thank you all.

Payment through toss, cancelled order but no refunds since June

Bought from Weverse, cancalled order and they said that it was completed but bank says that they didnt receive any refunds. What should i do? the middle platform is toss

In the past, when testing, there was no step for verification via phone number, and I could add test card information normally. However, today I noticed that the interface has added a step requiring verification via OTP.

Could you please support me with what I need to register next?

How will I apply the "해외결제 - 해외카드 (원화, 외화 모두), Paypal" part to Flutter Mobile App. Is it the same as tosspayments_widget_sdk_flutter, or is there a new document? I received information to contact the support team to know how to implement.

About live key and test key

I'm developing a payment feature using Toss Billing plugin on Bubble.io. I have some questions on this:

If I use live key on dev version, does it charge the money from my card?
If I put in live key -> add my card -> replace live key to test key, does my car is still able to use for payment? Or I have to add my card again.

I'm a developer building the payment management module for our platform, integrating TossPayments for credit card processing. My focus is tracking the post-payment phase: after customer authorization/capture succeeds (status: PAID), but before funds settle to the merchant account (after fees deduction).
Key questions for integration:

What's the typical settlement timeline for credit card txns?
How's the pending settlement status labeled in the dashboard/transaction logs?

Check valid billingKey before Payment

Hello everyone,
I am using the billingKey method to process user payments. For some business reasons, the order is not charged immediately when the user places it (the payment only happens after confirmation from both the user and the delivery person).

I would like to check whether the billingKey is valid for payment right after the user places the order (without actually charging the amount at that time). How should I implement this?

Cannot payment with virtual bank account on Flutter SDK

I'm trying to make payment with virtual bank account, on Flutter SDK. I used "클라이언트 키", however my payment tracking has problem

Select virtual account
Fill in account creation information
Select payment
payment view closes, I have paymentKey. However it should show virtual account for me to transfer money to.

When checking with paymentKey using api "https://api.tosspayments.com/v1/payments/:id" even payment method is "null".

paymentKey: hseou20250905005259PHWB5
orderId: e25efa41-1679-4731-b340-d27b47cbd2fb
merchantID: hseoula3r5

I want to know if this follow is correct, where did I go wrong, I'm not a Korean so I'm not familiar with this payment method.

I’m currently working on integrating TossPay into my website.
When I try to validate a transaction on the checkout URL using a credit card, everything works fine.
But now, I’d like to test the TossPay method. It asks me for some information — do you know how to simulate this payment method in the sandbox environment?

I'm facing an issue with the v2 SDK. My goal is to load the v2 javascript file to open my checkout page.
I got my checkout url in the api response.
But when I tried to load the javascript v2 lib, I got this error in my console:

I'm pretty sure that I don't refer the v1 documentation anywhere in my code, so I don't understand this issue.

Our company recently started using Toss POS.Currently, we need to export order data manually every day and import it into our internal database.

We would like to know:

Does Toss POS provide an official API to access order or sales data?
If yes, what endpoints or documentation are available?
If no, is there an alternative method (such as daily export via CSV/Excel or webhook) to automate the data sync?
Are there any requirements (merchant ID, developer account, etc.) we should prepare to apply for API access?

This information would help us decide how to integrate Toss POS with our other POS and internal systems.

Hello, my name is Andy Nastasa and I need your support to setup our GTM container on the Toss Payments checkout pages, as we're missing essential funnel data to evaluate the user experience during their checkout process.

Can you please guide me on how to achieve this? The GTM setup is pretty straight forward and just requires two scripts to be inserted in the <head> and <body> sections of each Toss Payment link specific to the website we represent.

I've attached Google's specifications for installing a test GTM container to help you evaluate the difficulty. Our client's container will have a different ID, but we'll provide that privately once you can confirm that this is technically possible.

I've been informed by our partners that they've already reached out to you and delegated us to contact you directly to find a solution together, as I understand that it would be technically possible, but the Toss Payments integration may differ between browsers.
