GTM integration on Toss Payments checkout pages
Hello, my name is Andy Nastasa and I need your support to setup our GTM container on the Toss Payments checkout pages, as we're missing essential funnel data to evaluate the user experience during their checkout process.
Can you please guide me on how to achieve this? The GTM setup is pretty straight forward and just requires two scripts to be inserted in the <head> and <body> sections of each Toss Payment link specific to the website we represent.
I've attached Google's specifications for installing a test GTM container to help you evaluate the difficulty. Our client's container will have a different ID, but we'll provide that privately once you can confirm that this is technically possible.
I've been informed by our partners that they've already reached out to you and delegated us to contact you directly to find a solution together, as I understand that it would be technically possible, but the Toss Payments integration may differ between browsers.
