Payco integration questions
1. Does PAYCO support refunds?
- if yes, is there a time limit (e.g. 1 year?)
- if yes, is there a max/min amount for refund?
2. Does PAYCO support cancel?
2. for PAYCO user experience is it similar to Naverpay? Where regardless of the user's terminal type, it will all be required for user to input their login credentials on a H5 web/wap browser? (what I understand is that Payco doesn't have an APP)
3. What is the timeout/payment expiry period after creating a payment (or after user redirects to Payco website)?
- is it 20 minutes?
4. Can help confirm the following values are correct?
Channel parameters --- Channel enumeration value
method --- CARD
flowMode --- DIRECT
easyPay --- PAYCO

User experience inquiry for Tosspay, Kakaopay, Naverpay
Previously Hana Choi helped me on my query, and mentioned there is no difference in the URL regardless of the user’s type of device (terminal)
In that case my understanding is that the URL will be able to detect the user’s device?
Actually we need some help with some questions, mainly with regard to use experience.
1. Please confirm the user experience.
Kakaopay/Tosspay/Naverpay
- Mobile (app installed): The redirect URL will invoke up and user will use app to continue payment.
- Mobile h5/WAP (assume user does not have app installed): a. User will be able to use their username or handphone + password to login? OR b. User need to download app before continue payment?
- PC: a. User will be able to use their username or handphone + password to login? OR b. User require to scan QR code with app to continue payment?
2. Could you help provide some screenshots for the three terminal types above?
