Payco integration questions

1. Does PAYCO support refunds? - if yes, is there a time limit (e.g. 1 year?) - if yes, is there a max/min amount for refund? 2. Does PAYCO support cancel? 2. for PAYCO user experience is it similar to Naverpay? Where regardless of the user's terminal type, it will all be required for user to input their login credentials on a H5 web/wap browser? (what I understand is that Payco doesn't have an APP) 3. What is the timeout/payment expiry period after creating a payment (or after user redirects to Payco website)? - is it 20 minutes? 4. Can help confirm the following values are correct? Channel parameters --- Channel enumeration value method --- CARD flowMode --- DIRECT easyPay --- PAYCO

As Korea PG perspective, refund and cancel goes through same procedure. 1. Yes. 1-2. Normally we are asking merchant to perform the refund within 1 year. 1-3. Max - transaction amount, No Min amount 2. Yes. 2. Payco has its own app. 3. Payment session (Authentication) - 20 mins 4. Yes, these are correct.

OK cool, but for PC it should be user will login ? because i see on mobile, from the browser page it will jump to the Payco APP

Yeah should user logged in both PC and mobile In mobile, it jumps to the APP so it auto login performed.

Some cases, like in the video, user might be popped up to verify their identity by OTP verification. This is caused by the PAYCO's FDS system and cannot be disabled so please keep in mind

Please do not use Samsung Card's PAYCO service, it is different service that you trying to do it. PAYCO doesn't support the payment with SANDBOX credentials.

naverpay -> you can create new naver account with korean phone number (or you can use your korean collugues' real account) then go to https://developers.pay.naver.com/user/sand-box/paypoint and get a test point

currently when we send in these for naverpay, kkp, tosspay, we are all getting this page (i have shared our postman request for payco), currently we are only changing the easypay parameter to each wallet name. is this correct?

@Ayaan이안 we are using API integration mode: our expectation is that we should get a URL with the wallets redirection URL and we can let user jump to the wallet directly.

This is weird. So you mean you are not using SDK, you use using Api method right? I will look into this with your postman request body

@TonyAnt Do not send "cardCompany":"51" because if this parameter is defined, easyPay field ignored and open SAMSUNGCARD window directly. Remove "cardCompany":"51" this parameter immediately.
