Transaction History Display from Installed Toss Payments (Test Results)
We are currently working with a foreign developer to integrate Toss Payments, and we are waiting for the merchant review and approval to be completed.
However, when we review the transaction details after making a payment through the installed Toss Payments integration, the transaction history appears as shown below, where the “Tosspay Charge” is displayed as approximately 9.09%. We asked the developer to adjust this value, but we were informed that this is not a configurable item.
To our understanding, the TossPay simple payment fee is approximately 1.45%. Therefore, we would like to confirm whether the 9.09% shown in the transaction details is a temporary or test value, and whether once the merchant review is completed, the actual transaction history will automatically reflect the correct fee per transaction.
We would appreciate your clarification on this matter.
