부분 취소 403 에러
우선 답변 감사합니다. 빠른 확인이 필요해서 토스페이먼츠에 전화문의 드렸습니다. 그리고 답변 받았는데요. 아직 해결이 안되었고 DB 쪽에 정비 및 테스트가 아직 종료되지 않은 것 같 고, 확인이 끝나면 연락주신다는 답변 받았습니다. 감사합니다

부분 취소 403 에러
아래의 에러메세지가 발생할 때도 있습니다.

부분 취소 403 에러
- 추가 사항 총 결제금액 21,900원 취소 요청 보낼 시 403 , NOT_CANCELABLE_AMOUNT code가 뜰 때도 있고

가상계좌 입금 완료 콜백 실패 알림 메일
