Checking MCP server health... tosspayments-integration-guide: npx -y @tosspayments/integration-guide-mcp@latest - ✗ Failed to connect 어제까지 잘 작동하였으나, 오늘 mcp list 를 쳐보니 Failed to connect 라고 합니다. 해결책이 있을까요?

URL 접속은 가능해요. 커맨드 라인에 입력하는게 어디에 어떻게 입력해보는 걸 말씀해주신건가요? claude mcp list하고 reload 위주로 우선 확인했습니다.
