Toss Webhooks calls in Transmitting state.
Hi Toss Support team,
Could you verify and check why toss webhook calls are in Transmitting state. It was working fine untill 14t March.

When calling the registered webhook url, Http status is responded with 403. It should be responded with 200. There are multiple webhook urls registered, so please check if an authentication process has been added or others.
Issue is resolved, looks like CDN was blocking the request.
