overseas visa erroring
Hello, I'm trying to purchase something from coloso.co.kr, but I keep getting the error in the screenshot attached

could you capture the video to check what the path of this error?
Are you using translator extension in your pc and/or mobile phone?
This issue usually happened by translator extension which can access and modify DOM objects(easily can be think as content of webpage).

I'll take a video capture in a few. It now says the order was cancelled and takes me to the front page

@thwix based on our system log, we tried to redirect the issuer site for 3DS authentication. But it did not work
By the way. is the card VISA or MASTER?
the card seems like MASTER but you selected VISA in the payment window.

- Are you unable to pay with both cellphone and PC?
- Are there any other cards you would like to use for payment? Or other payment methods, etc.

- yes i tried on both my phone and pc
- the only other card i have is american express which i dont think is an option
