Issues with overseas issued Visa Cards
Hello,
I want to purchase something in Aladin, a commerce that uses Toss Payments as payments platform. However after the 3D VISA security check i'm getting the error that I attached as image.
I think the implementation of Toss Payments for overseas payments is new in Aladin but every attempt ends with the same error.
This issue not only happens to me but also in Weverse, I got the same error, however somehow Weverse have also a diferent platform than Toss for overseas payments and with this platform everything was ok, so it's maybe a problem with Toss.
My card doesn't have any blocker, as I mention before it worked perfectly with another payment platform in Weverse.
Edit: I tried this also with another Visa card from another bank and I got the same error

It seems your card was blocked by the korean acquirer.
Do you know your orderid of Aladin?
if not, please contact Aladin CS first then let us know the order id that you met the error.
Or do you remember what time did you get an error?
I don't think that my card is blocked because is actually accepted by Weverse but in the other payment platform as I mention before, in weverse I got the same error as Aladin with Toss.
Theres no orderId because the order is not completed, after the 3D security error I got the error and I checked multipled times that the security code was the correct.
I just got the same error just a minutes ago, heres more information:
Amount: 222920 Won
Commerce: Aladin
OS: IOS App Aladin (last version) / I tried also from my pc with different browers and I got the same error
Card: VISA
Step by Step on Toss Payments platform:
1. Accept terms and conditions
2. Select VISA
3. Put card information and email
4. Press continue and get a 3D security Code
5. Put the code and continue
// On this point after a just a couple of seconds I got the error from the commerce
It may be possible because there are some VISA acquirer in korea, and it seems to be blocked by our VISA acquirer.

I understand what you are saying but Toss is the only korean payment platform that actually denies all my Visa cards, so if there's any blocker I shouldn't be able to complete any purchase in Korea but that's not the case.
Just to add some information, on July 30 I made a purchase on Aladin and everything was fine, so this problem is recent.

please try it again with the card that ends with 0134?

If you are blocked again next time, you will need to contact your bank (card issuer).
