BrandPay - error 1090
We are facing a 1090 undefined error occurred , when user try to authenticate , mid:

could you share the error screenshot?
And what means "try to authenticate"?
Do you mean "when user enters a payment password?" or "when user enter the SMS for the personal authentication?"
when they use for the first time
Normally the issue is occurring when the customer input or select the wrong information for their own authentication.
Could you ask your customer to take video for this issue?
We would like to understand that the issue has been occurred when the user input their name or happened at other step

He didn't success the personal authentication because of this error
Can he get the personal authentication in any other site?
Anyway, this error came from the mobile carrier,

yes this error is from mobile carrier -
maybe he cannot doing authentication on any site

we guess they might have choosen the wrong mobile carrier, will confirm later today.
it has a several reason -
1. Wrong Carrier
2. Wrong Information(should be name or ID number) - can be causes if he changed name or typed wrong information
3. The user information is not found in verification system(sometimes we have)
so If he choose correct carrier and typed right name, plz reply
we will give you a solution for sync the user information on verification system
Korea has a several kinds of verification systems - sometimes we have issue (reason is not synced information between systems)
