Even if you don't understand English well, you can use a translator. If you do not understand well even with the translator or do not know how to make corrections, please contact us at that time. 2️⃣ (For error inquiries) Please tell us the details of the error, etc. Currently, when some people contact the technical support team, there are people who just say no without providing detailed error details. Without the details of the error, the technical support team will have a hard time figuring out what the error is and making it difficult to help. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you would include at least the following information when proceeding with an error inquiry.
1. What is the error code you wrote, what happens, and what is the intended result (it would be more helpful if you attach an image, etc.)
2. Network tab log/console log at the time of error
3. Test environment (It is better if you provide both server and client side.)
