The close button is not visible for the credit card (CC) payment option in mobile view.
Hello Support,
We are integrating the TOSS widget SDK, and when a user selects the credit card (CC) payment option, we load all payment options in a modal. However, when the user selects another payment option, it opens a new window with the payment details. If the user clicks the back button, it doesn't lead to an error page. Additionally, on mobile devices, the close button is not visible. We need support to address these issues.

For the first issue, it's difficult to fully understand the exact situation, so please provide a video showing the problem. As for the second issue, the page you mentioned is not from our payment gateway, but rather a screen provided by the card issuer. Therefore, we cannot provide a close button on that page. It seems the issuer might have removed the button to prevent users from exiting.

Let me explain the issue again:
When a user selects the credit card (CC) payment option, we load a modal displaying the available CC options. After the user selects a credit card and clicks "Make Payment," the next screen loads in a separate window instead of a popup. When the user tries to go back to the previous screen by clicking the back button, we need assistance in capturing the error that occurs in this scenario.
In desktop we can see the close button options.
In desktop card company window is popup in iframe. so payment gateway can add x button
but in mobile it redirect to the card company web page (u can see the domain is change) so we cant control
