need help about refund
We used API version 1.4 to refund an order for our customer, but got an error message: "[RF39] 계좌인증 실패(은행응답코드:0199,에러내용:기타오류)". What is the reason?

Seems the error is related with bank account information.
May I know the orderId of the transaction?

We have checked logs,
and yes, account information for the refund is not correct.
Please ask user for the other bank account.
We have contacted the customer and confirmed the bank account number 790xxxx is correct
We have received error from bank that
account holder name and account number mismatch.
why the holder name is including number here? (I mean your refund request)
could you remove unnecessary information from holdername value?
In the newest request at 2024-04-12 09:20:45, the holder name did not include number and we still got error there
Account Number is not valid one.
Updated information: the customer used a "virtual account" instead of his real bank account when he paid, so the account number "790xxx" is the virtual account number. So which account number should we use in the refund procedure? The real bank account number or the virtual account number?

only real bank account

The holder name should be the holder of the real bank account, right?
if the user is not clear about his / her bank account,
then the user need to contact bank and get the exact holder name and account

It's ok that the customer paid order by using the virtual account and refunded by using the associated real bank account, as long as the bank account and holder name are correct, right?
