Hi there, is there any way to test mobile payment when I live outside Korea?
I'm developing a payment solution for my customer using TossPayment (legacy, iframe), I can test using VISA card but unable to test mobile payment function. And Shinhan card seem impossible.

Do you mean that make a payment via Shinhan card by authenticating using shinhan app (or any apps of Korean's card company) not 3DS authenticaton?
If then, you can test via the card that is issued only in Korea. You should ask your customer the card for the test or provide the test environment to your customer.
Unfortunately, we don't have a test card.
